Plan modifications

Looking to switch your proxy or cancel your plan? Here’s how.

Cancel Plan

1. Go to Subscriptions Page

   Open the Active subscriptions page in my account to see your current proxies, select your desired plan and press Cancel & refund to proceed.

   Automatic refunds are available if you cancel within 2 days of purchase and have used less than 50MB of bandwidth, in line with our refund policy.

   
2. Before you cancel

   Before canceling, consider switching to a different plan. Canceling will permanently disable your proxies, and this action cannot be undone. If you wish to proceed, press Cancel & refund.

   
3. Plan canceled!

   Your plan has been successfully canceled and will no longer appear on your dashboard. You’ll receive an email with refund details shortly.

   

Change Plan

This feature is available once in a subscription period for every proxy

1. Go to Subscriptions Page

   Open the Active subscriptions page in my account to see your current proxies, select your desired plan and press Change plan to proceed.

   
2. Change plan

   You’ll receive a refund for the unused days of your previous plan. A confirmation email with refund details will be sent to you shortly. Press Choose new plan to continue.

   
3. Choose a new plan

   Simply select your new plan and complete the payment process.
